I typicall wear a 7 1/2 and had to buy a size 8 in the ballerina flat and actually could have gone up to 8 1/2. If you wear a size 7 then the equivalent size would be 37, size 8 would be 38 and so on. My advice would be to try on first.

I own a leather pair of front row sneakers and I purchased 37, a canvas pair of front row sneakers I purchased 37.5, the Stella sneaker which are canvas I purchased 37 and the Stella sneaker boot which is leather I purchased 37.5. I should also mention my foot is on the wider side. True to size for me. I tried on a couple of pairs while I was in Hong Kong (LV here doesn't carry shoes) and I normally wear a 39 and actually was able to squeeze into a pair of 38.
